Tasting Notes:
Full-bodied. Dark fruits with some influence from red fruits. Very earthy, complex, and spicy mid-palate. Excellent tannin structure. Best served at room temperature.
Food Pairing:
Braised or roasted beef, aged cheeses such as gorgonzola, bleu, and gouda. Roasted lamb and steak.
