It pairs well with fresh fruit, cheesecake, custard pies and tarts, soft cheeses, and of course, Thanksgiving dinner.
We take great pride in fermenting our fruit wine long and slowly at a temperature, with as little fining as possible, in order to amplify and preserve the natural flavors. We arrest fermentation in order to keep the natural fructose, and then add sucrose, which aids in the fermentation process and maximizes the preservation of the natural sugars for an intense fruity flavor.
